  1. Take 1 avocado ripe
  2. Make ready 1 tbsp lemon juice
  3. Prepare 1 green chilli small (finely chopped)
  4. Make ready 2 tbsps cilantro chopped

  6. Make ready 1 tsp garlic paste
  7. Get 1 tsp oil
  8. Get to taste salt
  9. Prepare 1 cup wheat flour
Instructions to make Avocado Paratha:
  1. Take a pan and add the pulp of ripe avocado
  2. Add lemon juice, salt, ginger paste, garlic paste,green chilli, cilantro, oil and mix it well
  3. If avocado is a bit hard use masher to mash the mixture
  4. Add wheat flour in small amount at a time and knead the dough
  5. Add flour until dough stops sticking to the pan inner surface area
  6. Dough will look as shown in the image
  7. Keep it aside for 15 minutes
  8. Divide the dough in 8 equal pieces
  9. Take one piece, dust it with wheat flour and roll it to 6 in diameter circle,call it paratha
  10. Heat the skillet on medium heat, roast it until small bubbles are seen on the top then flip it over
  11. Roast it until the bottom side is evenly cooked
  12. Flip it over and add some oil on the border of the circle
  13. Roast it for about 45 seconds and paratha is ready
  14. Repeat step 9 to 13 for each piece of the dough
  15. Serve it hot with pickle or curd
  16. Note: Lemon juice will help to keep the avocado color intact
